St. Moritz welcomes your four legged friends to our community.

There is a 2 pet maximum per unit.

Dogs weighing 15 lbs. or less are welcome.  Unfortunately, dogs over 15 lbs. are NOT accepted.  However, dogs over 15 lbs. are accepted at our sister property, Barcelona Apartments.  Please visit www.barcelonaresorts.com  for more details and breed restrictions.

Cats are welcome in all buildings, and accepted dogs are allowed in select buildings only.

Security deposit is increased by $1,000.00 and due prior to move-in.
